Position: Maintenance & Mechanical Engineer.
Location: Navi Mumbai
Reporting: General Manager – Operations
Criteria: Any Graduate with 3+ years of experience in Maintenance
Job Description: -
• Knowledge of boiler and thermo pack operation and their maintenance
• Air compressor and cooling tower maintenance
• Pump and gearboxes maintenance like bearing /oil seal replacement etc.
• Sparkler filter assembly and its maintenance
• Vacuum pump maintenance.
• ETP plant operation and its maintenance
• Basic knowledge of electrical
• Preventive maintenance as per the schedule and its data maintenance.
• DM water/soft water plant operation and its maintenance
• Knowledge of mechanical seals and gland packing.
• Scrubber blower maintenance.
• To monitor all AMCS schedules and maintain their record (generators, air conditioners, cameras, electrical maintenance)
• Maintenance of all types of goods lifts, stackers, pallet trucks, etc.
• To get the job done from the fabricator for piping erection dismantling, shifting jobs, etc.
• To maintain the cost of maintenance within the allotted budget.
• To maintain consumable records along with their specification.
