Position:  Business Development Manager

Locations: Mumbai

Criteria: Any Graduate with MBA/PGDM with 3+ Years of experience in Business Development

Skills / Qualification / Abilities: 

  • Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excelnd Outlook)
  • Database management skills needed
  • Professional in both demeanour and appearance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Project management and time management skills needed
  • Strong written and oral skills required
  • Strong relationship management skills needed

Key Result Area:

  • Help Executive achieving targets.
  • Target v/s Achievement
  • Monitor salesperson’s daily performance.
  • Explore new opportunities and bringing new clients.
  • New customer relations and tie-ups.
  • Maintaining MIS & Planning
  • Driving sales through sales team 
  • Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly Presentation of Sales Achievements and Plan for Next Week/ Month / Quarter of self as well as team members
  • Must be open for updating skills via Books, Videos and/or Audios

Job Description-

  • New business acquisition/ Territory management: Explore new opportunities through special initiatives and development sales strategies area wise. 
  • Take sales target and share it with sales team & train, motivate sales executive to achieve their targets.
  • Take updates of sales calls, field call report on daily basis.
  • Follow up on new leads, identify new sales prospects and contact them.
  • Maintain client relationship & Ensure that customer’s queries are handled.
  • Lead generation, follow up (internal and external)
  • Customer retention by regular visits to their office.
  • Keep updating the Product knowledge of team members.
  • Has to do sales forecasting 
  • Presentations to new clients
  • Has to maintain daily reports of self & team members
  • Aggressively achieving the sales target
  • Collections from the clients
  • Driving sales through sales team 
  • Market mapping & competition tracking on regular basis
  • Development and implementation of marketing plan with regard to potential market size
  • Planning and preparing presentations
  • Providing management with market feedback
