Position: Branch Head

Locations: Mumbai

Reporting to: HOD Sales

Criteria: Graduate with min 2 years’ experience as a role of Sr Business Development Manager / Branch Manager. Should be well networked in the local area and have an understanding of the local market, and proven track records.

Skills / Qualification / Abilities: 

  • Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)

  • Database management skills needed

  • Professional in both demeanour and appearance.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Project management and time management skills needed

  • Strong written and oral skills require

  • Strong relationship management skills needed

 Job Description-

  • Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch

  • Enhance and contribute in the growth of the company through Business Development

  • Ensure superior level of customer relations and promotion of the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation

  • Achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationship

  • Driving business through existing customer relations

  • Focus and driving new customer acquisition

  • Ensure proper on-boarding of all new customers acquired

  • Cross-sell of products with new and as well as with existing customers

  • Weekly/monthly reviews for outbound and as well as for inbound sales         

  • Prepare and review the monthly activity calendar of outbound activities for the sales team on a weekly basis

  • Conduct daily morning huddles to discuss daily plan and agenda for employees

  • Monitor DSR (Daily Sales report) on a regular basis

  • Capability building and manpower management

  • Mentor/Guide new joiners as well as existing branch employees

  • Conduct workshops and training programs for the employees

Key Result Area:

  • Help Executive to achieving targets.

  • Target v/s Achievement

  • Explore new opportunities and bringing new clients.

  • New customer relations and tie-ups.

  • Maintaining MIS & Planning

  • Driving sales through sales team

  • Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly Presentation of Sales Achievements and Plan for Next Week/ Month / Quarter of self as well as team members

  • Must be open for updating skills via Books, Videos and/or Audios
