Position: Tele Sales Executive
Location: Mumbai
Reporting to: BDM
Criteria: Any Graduate with 1+ years of experience in Sales.
Job Description-

Understanding the products and services offered by the company.
-
Provide information of Products / Services / Offers to customers.
-
Handling inbound calls & outbound calls
-
Understand customer need
-
Solve customers’ queries over the phone
-
Setting a sales target and developing a marketing strategy for the same.
-
Calling existing and potential customers to update them about the recent launches also Sell them the online solutions
-
Updating the database/CRM with all the customer's information.
-
Ensuring the customers are satisfied by the services provided to them.
-
Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently.
-
Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.
-
Taking and processing customers' orders in a professional manner.
-
Creating monthly sales reports and presenting them to the GM/BDM.
-
Providing excellent customer service to the customers.
-
Answering customers' questions in regards to products and services.
-
Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
-
Stay abreast with the latest trends in the industry.
-
Planning and preparing presentations
Key Result Area:
-
Researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, target identification, and classification
-
Reaching out to new customers and making pitches over the telephone outlining the benefits of product/ services.
-
Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs
-
Maintaining relationships with all potential clients
-
Ensuring proper servicing and after-sales support to clients
-
Be aware of company policies

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
