Position: Sr. PHE Design Engineer
Location: Goregaon
Reporting to: Head MEP
Criteria: B.E/ B.Tech(Mechanical) with 4+ Years of Experience in Electrical Design
Key Responsibility
- Design of water supply piping with sizing and review of layouts for toilets, washbasins, scrubs, etc.
- Design of building internal drainages piping with sizing and review of layouts for soil, waste, and stormwater drainages toilets, wash basins, scrubs, etc.
- Design of external drainages with sizing and review of layouts for soil, waste, and stormwater drainages.
- Design and review of Plumbing water supply and drainage water schematic
- Review and guidance for Material take off list and measurement sheet for making Plumbing & fire-fighting BOQ
- Review and design of water UG tank, OHT, etc. layout and sleeve layout
Design and review of layouts of fire fighting internal & external hydrant and sprinkler system and fire pipe layout and sizing. - Drawing Co-ordination with Other Services (Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Electrical), HVAC, etc..) for clash-free drawing with respect to false ceiling height
- Water demand calculations and Water tank sizing
- PHE space planning and routing design and co-ordination with Architect, Interior and structural team
- Handling of PHE designers and draftsman team with review and design guidance to the team
- Making of PHE DBR, Technical specifications, PHE BOQ, Technical data sheet, etc.
- Review and approval of PHE shop drawings and approval etc
