Position : Assistant Manager– Indirect Sourcing
Location : Gurugram
Reporting To: Manager Sourcing
Qualification & Experience: Graduate with 8+ years of experience in Marketing-Media and IT buying(preffered)
Job Purpose:
Responsible for sourcing of promotional items, Media, IT hardware, Admin services, capital project, managing contracts including, negotiating, reviewing, renewing, and evaluating for availability, price, term, and quality of product. Co-ordinating bid process in ARIBA and ensuring compliance, policies and regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
• Sourcing and vendor development for marketing initiatives, which includes on-street branding, procurement of promotional items and media at optimum cost
• Stakeholder relationship management – Internal and external.
• Initiate and execute RFI/RFQ/RFP process with/without ARIBA.
• Support and lead on complex negotiations with suppliers.
• Undertake comparative analysis and periodic spend analysis
• Delivery follow-up & Co-ordination with supplier.
• Facilitate rate Contract/Agreements
• Vendor performance evaluation & vendor Audit to assess & build vendor capabilities.
• Audit Compliance.
• Meeting with different OES' to optimize and reduce the cost by negotiating
• Monthly review open EPRs/ PO's , Adherence to agreed SLAs
