Position : Manager- Human Resources and Administration
Location : Mumbai
Reporting To : Senior Management (Director and CFO)
Criteria : Masters (Human resources) Minimum of 18+ years of experience in Industrial Relations and Human resources

Job Purpose:
The individual will be responsible for Leading and managing the entire Human resources and Administrative function of the organisation.
Job Responsibility:
Performance Management

Identify Key deliverables
-
Helping in setting goals and KPI’s, measurement and ratings
-
Facilitate periodical reviews and annual increment activities.
-
Follow up on reviewal, rating finalisation & Reports
Industrial Relation
-
Handle grievance procedures
-
Manage dispute resolutions involving unions, management, employees or government agencies, etc.
-
Advise management on contract negotiations and similar management-union relations
-
Prepare documentation regarding labour relations assignments
-
Contract Management - Regulation of Contract Act -Dealing with contractor & other Agencies
-
Renewal of All the Services Contract timely & to be review assignment as per agreed contracts & terms.
-
Experience of handling Sedex Audit,URSA , ISO ,etc
-
Liaisoning with Government & semi-Government bodies for renewal of factory licenses, pollution control, Labour License , License for contractors & other Body
-

Compensation and Benefits, Statutory and compliance

Supervise Payroll process
-
Ensure timely renewals of Gratuity, Mediclaim, Workmen compensation, Leave Encashment and other related policies.
Recruitment and Selection – (PAN India)

Sourcing, Interviewing and rolling the offers to the selected candidates.
