Position: Regional Sales Manager 

Location: Kolkata/ Bhubaneshwar

Reporting to: Director 

Criteria: B.Sc/B.Tech(Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation) with 7+ years of experience in Sales of Gas and Liquid Analytical Instruments. 

Job Profile: 

Responsible for Sales of Gas Analysis Products & Systems for Eastern & North East Region. Very sound conceptual selling based on the applications & in online analysers & laboratory and field instruments for EPC's, contractors, consultants, system integrators, Government customers (Municipal Bodies, PCB's and PHE's) Conducting marketing activities (Seminars, Presentations, Demonstration, and Technical Training)

Responsibilities: 

  • Key account management.  Identification of influencers and decision makers , Funnel Management, Project Mappings Problem Solving  Process for root cause identification and development of action plan to counter root cause and setting up review mechanism.  Internal team development - defining of performance & development objectives

  • Assist in development and implementation of sales plans

  • Generate & Handle sales enquiries

  • Formulate annual and monthly sales plan and implement sales strategy

  • Monitor market trends to identify business opportunities

  • Negotiate with Customer

  • Collection of payment, manage debtors and customer claims

  • Collect customer feedback in order to enhance customer service

  • Implement company strategies to promote Company’ s products in the domestic market as well as overseas market

  • Collate market information to analyze trends and identify business opportunities

  • Develop and maintain business relations with customers

  • Analyze sales statistics and recommend strategies to capitalize on results

  • Achieve sales targets

  • Correspondence with customers, responding to queries and complaints,

  • Prepare monthly sales and other ad-hoc reports as required

  • Monitor customer orders and deliveries

  • Report overall sales activities in the designated region

  • Study market trends and product development involving all Sales Engineers

  • Travel to final customer sites to enhance customer service
