Position: Marketing Executive
Location: Navi Mumbai
Reporting to: Marketing Manager
Criteria: MBA(Marketing) with 3+ years of experience in Brand Management .
Job Profile:-
Would be responsible to focus on Brand Management, you will be entrusted with the development and management of marketing campaigns to promote products and services. This multifaceted role encompasses creative, analytical, digital, commercial, and administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Execution: Implement and drive the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with global brand mandates.

Product Launches: Lead the orchestration of new product launches and activate core categories/products within the brand.

Creative Conceptualization: Generate innovative concepts for brand/category communication to enhance brand awareness.

BTL Activations: Oversee impactful below-the-line (BTL) activations in collaboration with trade partners.

Consumer Offers: Design tactical offers aimed at attracting and retaining consumers.

POS Elements: Conceptualize, develop, and execute disruptive Point of Sale (POS) elements, collaborating closely with the merchandising team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other departments (sales, supply chain, education, etc.) and partner agencies to strategize, develop, and execute marketing campaigns.

Trade Channel Schemes: Work in tandem with sales teams to design commercial schemes that drive growth within the trade channel.

Education Initiatives: Collaborate with the education team to develop and promote new techniques, launch new products, and engage and inspire hairdressers.

Market Analysis: Analyze data, market insights, competition, and trends to create marketing animations in alignment with the Annual Marketing Plan.

Impact Measurement: Evaluate the impact of trade marketing activations and campaigns, making data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.

Budget Management: Maintain a Budget Management Information System (MIS) and closely track marketing expenditures to ensure financial compliance.

Procurement and Compliance: Raise purchase orders (POs), complete Goods Received Notes (GRNs), and adhere rigorously to established business protocols while tracking these processes.
