Location: Navi Mumbai

Criteria:  Any Graduate with 2+ Years of experience in Inside Sales Sap Knowledge / Other ERP Knowledge 

Skills:

•   SAP( ERP)

•   Product Knowledge

•   Customer Relationship Management Tool Skills 

Job Responsibility:

Order Processing:

Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently. This includes reviewing order details, verifying pricing and product availability, and entering the order information into sap. Sending order acknowledgement copy to customer. (responsible for multiple customers, multiple sites, and multiple orders)

Order Tracking And Follow-Up:

Monitoring the progress of orders to ensure timely delivery, coordinating with various departments such as planner, store, logistics, and shipping to track shipments, resolve any issues or delays, and provide regular updates to customers.(manage and assess meeting customer timelines)

Customer Service: 

Regularly update the delivery details and reasons for delay to customer on demand. So/ PO to be updated in cchs system on every monthly basis.

Documentation And Record-Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of all orders, including order details, customer information, and communications. This includes updating databases or order management systems, generating reports, and ensuring proper documentation for future reference or audits.

Compliance And Quality Assurance:

•Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. should follow the instruction / decision taken during order negotiation and while quoting can  conduct quality checks on orders, handle product recalls or returns, and ensure adherence to relevant guidelines.

(Conduct Transactional And Contractual Review, Validate And Enter All Orders Ensuring Data Accuracy For Proper Revenue Flow)

Reporting And Analysis:

To generate regular reports on order status, customer satisfaction, or key Performance Indicators (KPIS).

•Reports help in monitoring performance, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to improve processes and customer service
