Position:  Sales Engineer (Inside Sales)

Location:  Mumbai

Reporting to: NSM/Head Operation

Criteria :- B.E./Diploma(Mechanical/Electrical/ Metallurgy) with 3+ Years of Experience in B2B Sales

Job Purpose:-

  • Responsible for supporting sales, coordinating sales activities, maintaining good customer relationships, order satisfaction, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, Handling administrative duties and promoting customer satisfaction.

  • Responsible to handle Direct Customers /Tenders -GEM /Online – Direct Customers -Offers/Payment and Negotiations 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information

  • Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.

  • Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.

  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.

  • Achieving Sales Target/Sales budget and sale revenue collections.

  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.

  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.

  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.

  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies.

  • Fulfillment of direct instructions of the management.
