Position:  Business Development Executive/Manager

Location:  Karnataka and Pune 

Reporting to: NSM/ Head Ops

Criteria :- B.E.(Mechanical/Electrical/ Metallurgy) with 3+ Years of Experience in B2B Sales

Job Responsibility: 

- The primary responsibility includes sales and business development and ability to work with channel partners to capture new sales 

- Identify competitive offering and develop and implement strategies to counter market encroachment 

- Co-ordinate and communicate the activities with Head office to deliver best customer experience.

- Ability to successfully resolve service and performance issues and ability to excel in team work

-Establish direct relationship with CXO management of direct customers and channel partners.

- Manage key accounts and develop new business by identifying new applications to improve share of wallet in those accounts specially OEMs.

- Ability to manage technical complaints and trouble shoot on time.

- Managing channel partner conflicts to achieve business plans and conducting monthly meetings with channel partners to review targets and manage issues. 

- Conduct training and seminars for end user applications on a regular basis to drive company brand and spread education of new products.
