Position: Store Manager
Location: Mumbai
Reporting To: MD
Criteria: Any Graduates/Diploma with 5+ years of experience in Store.
Job Description:

Developing store strategies to raise customer’s pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.

Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff.

Ensure high level of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service.

Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
-
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
-
Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievance etc) .
-
Responsible for incoming and outgoing material in factory.
-
Should be knowledge of SAP application.
-
Responsible for physical stock.
-
Ensure high level of customer’s satisfaction through excellent services.
-
Additional store manager duties as needed.
