Criteria: B.Sc(Chemistry) with 7+ years of experience in Sales

Job Purpose:
-
Responsible day-to-day management of sales activities and to implement company’s sales programs and sales activities, in order to meet or exceed established sales goals
-
To grow company profits without sacrificing customers’ satisfaction
-
Coordination of direct sales, inventory control, sales reporting, and sales performance analysis
-
Conduct regular meetings with their regional sales managers or group managing director, either face to face or via video conferences
Job Responsibility:
Business Growth

To lead & develop new products into existing and new customers
-
To lead & develop new customers with existing products and new products
-
To lead & focus and drive agencies product
Customer Retention
-
To lead & maintain existing customer accounts if any, ensure and develop existing customers with existing products and new products to maintain our market share
Sales forecast & planning
-
To accurately get data and feedback from customers on their consumption level on a routine basis
-
To analyze and plan the data collected, and plan accurately the stock requirement to ensure zero stock out cases
Inventory Management
-
To ensure our inventory move fast, by requesting accurate forecast from customers and increase in new customer portfolio
Customer service
-
To build good rapport with existing or new customers by regular visits and communication
-
To build good rapport with internal customers (i.e. Supply chain, Purchasing, Accounts, Regulatory, QC, IT, etc)
-
To build and maintain good rapport with existing or new suppliers
Sales lead conversion
-
To engage in daily activities that creates sales lead with customers and insert into CRM
-
To convert sales lead into actual sales
Analytics, Insights & Data Management
-
Ensure all vendors contract documentation is properly scanned and updated and timely renewal
-
Track, monitor and analyze group administrative data
-
Keep abreast of local and global trends and developments to provide further benchmarking insights on data analysis outcomes
-
Develop insightful presentation derived from data analytics and HR metrics benchmarking using dashboards or data visualization tools
- Ensure the highest confidentiality of all information / data and to undertake not to divulge such information in any form whatsoever in your personal capacity having access to them for personal gains or otherwise
Health & Safety

Ensure that safe working practices are used and appropriate Health and Safety legislation adopted

Exercise responsibility for carrying out and adhering to the Health and Safety Policy and Procedure
Others

To train new sales employees as and when required

To lead sales partner to achieve team goals

To make sense of data and draft strategies for implementation
