Position: Finance Manager
Location: Mumbai
Criteria: MBA/ CA Inter ( preferred) with 5+ years’ of experience in Finance.
Reporting to: Leader – Accounts
Job Purpose: Finance Operations and Controls, Audit – Statutory/ Internal/SOX, Accounting process and Statutory Compliance, Understanding of Ind AS & USGAAP.
Job Responsibility:
1. Monitoring and Reviewing monthly closing process of manufacturing Company.
2. Leading the financial audits – statutory / internal / SOX.
3. Partners in actions in line with achieving targets, mitigating risk and prioritizing resource needs.
4. Ensuring that there is an effective and efficient system of internal controls including data integrity, asset protection, segregation of duties, budgeting, financial reporting, information systems and adherence to corporate policies and governmental regulations (GAAP, SOX compliance, etc.)
5. Assists Continuous Sign-off process to ensure that accountability for internal controls is clear and that processes are documented.
6. Assists in maintaining timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
7. Prepare all supporting information for the annual statutory audit for the assigned areas and liaise with the external/internal/tax auditors as necessary.
