Position: Formwork Supervisor
Location: Navi Mumbai
Criteria: B.E.Civil/ITI/Diploma with 3+ years’ of experience in Formwork Supervisor
Job Purpose: As a Formwork Supervisor, you will liaise with customer in order to ensure the
efficient and correct handling of company formwork and scaffolding solutions at various
construction projects in India.
Job Responsibilities:

Reading drawings correctly and coordinating the erection of formwork Systems at site.

Instructing third parties in the correct and safe assembly of company systems.

Monitoring adherence to company guidelines / manuals / instructions.

Training of site staff in the safe and efficient handling of company formworks and scaffoldings.

Identifying and addressing of non-compliance with technical requirements

Communicating and collaborating efficiently with internal and external customers.

Assist the project Co- ordinate in planning the project.

Assist the project Co- ordinate in creating schedule for the construction project.

Supervise construction projects to make sure they meet technical specifications.

Report to Project-Coordinator/ any senior company officials about day-to-day activities.

Keep accurate records of resources incurred in the construction process.

Monitor the progress of the construction work and performance of subcontractors at the site.

Assist contractors and Engineers in interpreting technical designs.

Ensure that the construction site is safe and free from any hazardous chemical or objects
-
Report accidents that occur at the construction site to the project Coordinator.

Ensure the smooth day to day operation of work activities at the construction site.
-
Maintain good relationship with site workers, contractors, and suppliers.

Identify any potential problem at the site and work to prevent it.
