Position: Production/Process Improvement Engineer
Location: Navi Mumbai
Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) or Master's in Technology (M.Tech) in Engineering or related field with 6+ years in production and process improvement from relavant industry
Hard Skills:
-
Proven experience in plant operations and maintenance.

Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and troubleshooting.

Ability to effectively address plant problems.

Proficiency in PLC/DCS operation.
Software Skills:
-
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

Expertise in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.

Familiarity with advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
-
Proficient in project management tools such as Trello and Asana.
Soft Skills:
-
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information clearly.

Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Skilled in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Job Purpose
Will be responsible for enhancing our production processes, ensuring efficient plant operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Responsibility
Potential Departments to Work with:

Design & Engineering: Must be able to understand Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).

Process Engineering: Involvement in the engineering of manufacturing processes from scratch.

Maintenance Department: Proficiency in maintaining Ink Jet printers, Boilers, Air Compressors, and HVAC systems.
Ideal Project Experience:
-
Prior experience working in a company that has set up a new plant.

Experience in plant installation and commissioning.
