Position: Asst Manager – HR

Location: Navi Mumbai

Reporting to:  HR Director - APAC

Criteria:  PGDM/ MBA(HR) with 3+ Years experience in HR Generalist role from Manufacturing Sector

Job Responsibilities:

  • Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition: Employer Branding, recruit & onboarding employees,

  • Performance Management: Implementing performance management processes, including conducting workshops in goal setting, performance evaluations & feedback mechanisms.

  • Employee Relations: Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. Addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.

  • Culture: Identifying opportunities to enhance employee engagement, performance and promoting a positive work culture.

  • Learning and Development: Assessing training needs, developing training programs, and delivering training sessions to enhance employee skills and competencies.

  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Conducting audits and assessments to mitigate risks related to HR practices.

  • HR Project Management: Leading and/or participating in HR projects and initiatives, such as HRIS implementations & policy revisions.
