Position: Operation Engineer –Electrical
Department : Maintenance
Location: Navi Mumbai
Reporting To: Reports To Leader – Maintenance
Criteria: - Diploma in Electrical Instrumentation with 4-8 years of experience in maintaining electrical and instrumentation equipment in continuous process plants with PWD Supervisory License. Desirable knowledge of electrical and instrumentation projects

Purpose Of The Job:-
Execute The Electrical Maintenance Activities And Handle Shift operations independently.
Deliverables
- Quick Response To Breakdown, And Quick Troubleshooting Skills.
- Downtime Analysis, Identifying Root Cause, Corrective, And Preventive Actions.
- Equipment Monitoring And Maintaining Highest Uptime.
- Sap, PM And MM Modules Will Be An Added Advantage
- Operation And Maintenance In Continuous Process Plant.
- TPM, ISO, SAP, Safety, IE Rule, CEA Regulation
Key Accountabilities
The Operation Engineer is the part of Electrical team of Plant Maintenance department. He will be independently responsible for the flawless operation of the Electrical Systems within the plant during shift. He must be strong team player. Ensuring maximum uptime of Electrical Power systems and maximum productivity. He will be required to be vigilant for flawless operations and maintenance of various plant section like- Fiber glass winders, Batch & Furnace, Utilities, Cake oven, Chemical preparation, Roving, CSM, Type-30 & Fabrics areas. He needs to monitor the same and in event of emergencies like Power outage.
Key Responsibilities
1) The Operation Engineer (Electrical) will be required to have hands on experience to handle Electrical Breakdowns, Trouble shooting, Preventive and Predictive maintenance activities of:
- 220KV, 11KV substations,
- Power Control Center (Unitized Substation), Motor Control Center, Control and Automation Panels.
- Transformers, HT/LT Motors, Generators, Thyristor control Devises.
- Utilities HV Equipment’s- Air compressors, Chillers,
- Variable Frequency Drive control equipment’s, Programming, parameterization, DOL Starters
2) Knowledge Of Instrumentation Systems And Electrical Projects Will Be Added Advantage.
