Position: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Chennai
Criteria: Any Graduate Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the adhesives industry, specifically with rubber adhesives.
Job Responsibility:
Sales Leadership:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to ensure the attainment of sales goals.
Market Expansion:

Identify and develop new business opportunities across the South region.

Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Regional Management:

Oversee sales activities in the south region.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the region to adapt strategies accordingly.
Customer Relations:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
- Address customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain a positive company image.
Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
