Position: Senior Sales Executive

Location:Navi Mumbai

Reporting To: Country Manager

 

Criteria: B.Sc  with 5+ years of experience in Sales of Mining, Oleochemicals. Petrochemical, Lubricant & Grease, Oil field / Refinery industry.

Job Purpose: 

Engage in sales activities by exploring new markets, developing new accounts, driving the sales and distribution activities of industrial and specialty chemicals products to existing and new customers in the industries.

 

Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth:

  • To develop new products into existing and new customers

  • To develop new customers with existing products and new products

  • To focus and drive agencies product

 

Customer Retention:

  • To maintain existing customer accounts if any, ensure and develop existing customers with existing products and new products to maintain our market share

 

Sales Forecast & Planning:

  • To accurately get data and feedback from customers on their consumption level on a routine basis

  • To analyze and plan the data collected and plan accurately the stock requirement to ensure zero stock out cases

 

Inventory Management:

  • To ensure our inventory move fast, by requesting accurate forecast from customers and increase in new customer portfolio

 

Customer Service:

  • To build good rapport with existing or new customers by regular visits and communication

  • To build good rapport with internal customers

  • To build and maintain good rapport with existing or new suppliers

 

Sales Lead Conversion:

  • To engage in daily activities that creates sales lead with customers and insert into CRM

  • To convert sales lead into actual sales

 

Health & Safety:

  • Ensure that safe working practices are used and appropriate Health and Safety legislation adopted

  • Exercise responsibility for carrying out and adhering to the Health and Safety Policy and Procedure

 

Others:

  • Any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Superior or Management
