Location: South (Chennai/Bengaluru) -Remote  | North – Delhi (Onsite) | West (Mumbai) – Remote:

Remote – team will be on field , they will be in marketing for various research and analysis and market development . Once a month he will have to travel to Delhi office to meet and report to seniors.

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Market Development Management Trainee to join our team. This role is designed for recent graduates from Tier I colleges who are looking to jumpstart their career in market development and business growth. The successful candidate will undergo comprehensive training and gain hands-on experience in market research, business opportunity analysis, and competitor landscape analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research:

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.

    • Gather and analyze data on consumer behavior, market demand, and industry developments.

  2. Business Opportunities Analysis:

    • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to drive company growth.

    • Assist in developing strategies to capitalize on identified opportunities.

    • Support the preparation of business plans and proposals.

  3. Competitor Landscape Analysis:

    • Conduct competitor analysis to understand their strategies, strengths, and weaknesses.

    • Monitor competitors' activities and provide insights to the management team.

    • Assist in developing strategies to enhance our competitive advantage.

  4. Support Marketing and Sales Efforts:

    • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support promotional activities.

    • Assist in creating marketing materials and campaigns.

    • Participate in customer outreach initiatives and follow-up activities.

  5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Analyze data to generate insights and recommendations for market development.

    • Prepare and present reports on market trends, business opportunities, and competitor activities.

  6. Training and Development:

    • Participate in training programs to develop skills in market research, data analysis, and business strategy.

    • Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced market development professionals.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing from tie I institute  

  • Strong analytical and research skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous internship or experience in market research, business analysis, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and software.
