Position: Sales Officer
Location: Haryana
Criteria: Any Graduate with 3+ years of experience of Sales Pharma, OTC or FMCG

Strong track record of success with prior experience in a similar role.

Self-starter with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.

Strong team player who can build good relationships at all levels of an organization.
Job Responsibilities:

Meeting exceeding sales targets for the assigned territories month on month
-
Ensuring target achievement and ensuring a reach of 300 retailers on 12 tour beats in a designated timeline

Stockiest visit along for primary and secondary sales phasing.

Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.

Managing the entire sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure.

Ensuring secondary sales validation every second day on the reporting application.

Building a strong pipeline and ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning.

Preparing regular reports and participating in regular meetings for performance review.
