Position: Sales Officer

Location: Haryana

Criteria: Any Graduate with 3+ years of experience of Sales Pharma, OTC or FMCG 

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong track record of success with prior experience in a similar role.

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

  • Self-starter with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.

  • Strong team player who can build good relationships at all levels of an organization.

 

Job Responsibilities:
 

  • Meeting  exceeding sales targets for the assigned territories month on month

  • Ensuring target achievement and ensuring a reach of 300 retailers on 12 tour beats in a designated timeline

  • Stockiest visit along for primary and secondary sales phasing.

  • Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.

  • Managing the entire sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure.

  • Ensuring secondary sales validation every second day on the reporting application.

  • Building a strong pipeline and ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning.

  • Preparing regular reports and participating in regular meetings for performance review.
