Position: Territory Sales Manager

Location: Haryana 

Criteria: Any Graduate with 4+ years of experience of Sales Pharma, OTC or FMCG 

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong track record of success with prior experience in a similar role.

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

  • Self-starter with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.

  • Strong team player who can build good relationships at all levels of an organization.

 

Job Responsibilities:
 

  • Meeting & exceeding sales targets for the assigned territories month on month

  • Ensuring target achievement of all approx. 5 team member month on month.

  • Ensuring proper beat allocation to all sales team and 300 counters per sales executive.

  • Ensuring secondary sales validation of all team members and minimizing the difference between booking and secondary sales.

  • Stockiest visit along with Joint field working with sales team to increase number of counters on all beats.

  • Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.

  • Managing the entire sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure.

  • Ensuring vacancy management in assigned territories

  • Building a strong pipeline and ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning.

  • Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services.

  • Preparing regular reports and participating in regular meetings to review performance.

  • Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.
