Position: Territory Sales Manager
Location: Haryana
Criteria: Any Graduate with 4+ years of experience of Sales Pharma, OTC or FMCG

Self-starter with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.

Strong team player who can build good relationships at all levels of an organization.
Job Responsibilities:
-
Meeting & exceeding sales targets for the assigned territories month on month
-
Ensuring target achievement of all approx. 5 team member month on month.

Ensuring proper beat allocation to all sales team and 300 counters per sales executive.

Ensuring secondary sales validation of all team members and minimizing the difference between booking and secondary sales.

Stockiest visit along with Joint field working with sales team to increase number of counters on all beats.

Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.

Managing the entire sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure.

Ensuring vacancy management in assigned territories

Building a strong pipeline and ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning.

Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services.

Preparing regular reports and participating in regular meetings to review performance.
-
Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.
