Position: Area Sales Manager
Location: Haryana
Criteria: Any Graduate with 4+ years of experience of Sales Pharma, OTC or FMCG

Job Responsibilities:
-
Meeting & exceeding sales targets for the assigned territories month on month.
-
Deliver sales performance and relevant Brand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in order to meet or exceed district sales plan within expense budgets.

Optimize resource utilization by leading, developing and coaching Sales Team performance
-
including setting sales targets and incentive schemes, managing Sales Force Management
-
Systems and KPIs in order to continuously improve district sales performance. Ensure regular updates on Sales Team skills in terms of medical, technical and special in-field knowledge areas.

Ensure district priorities, activities and engagement plans are aligned with brand strategy and national strategic priorities in order to optimize strategic momentum and drive brand success.

Proven track record of successful leadership, management and coaching cross functionally or functional individuals and teams.

Knowledge of territory and relationships with key stakeholders already established

Ability to build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and other relevant stakeholders

Ensuring target achievement of all team member month on month

Stockiest and CnF visit along with Joint field working
-
Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.

Managing the entire sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure.

Ensuring vacancy management in assigned territories

Building a strong pipeline and ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning.

Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services.

Preparing regular reports and participating in regular meetings to review performance.

Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.
