Position: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Pune

Reporting to:- Director

 

Criteria:  B.E./B.Tech or B.Sc., 5+ years experience in Sales, preferably from Automobile/ OEM

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implementing sales &  marketing strategy

  • Achieving sales, profit and cash flow targets

  • Developing and maintaining strong high level contacts at key customers

  • Lead business growth in the region

  • Analysis, monitoring and evaluation of markets with respect to sales potentials, competitor´s activities as well as collaboration on annual sales planning

  • Monitoring of development trends at customers, early identification of and influence on customer´s aims in engineering and purchasing

  • Establish and maintain reliable customer relationships in the region

  • Major contact to the customer concerning commercial and - if necessary – technical issues; understand and present technical concepts, internally and externally

  • Examination of contracts and documents (purchase, warranty conditions, purchase orders, etc.)

  • Elaboration of quotations and negotiations of them with the customers in accordance with the Head – Customer Accounts

  • Ensure delivery of product and services to achieve Customer delight

  • Timely collection of all outstanding payments

  • Lead business growth in West & South India
