Position: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Pune
Reporting to:- Director
Criteria: B.E./B.Tech or B.Sc., 5+ years experience in Sales, preferably from Automobile/ OEM
Job Responsibilities:

Implementing sales & marketing strategy

Achieving sales, profit and cash flow targets

Developing and maintaining strong high level contacts at key customers
-
Lead business growth in the region
-
Analysis, monitoring and evaluation of markets with respect to sales potentials, competitor´s activities as well as collaboration on annual sales planning
-
Monitoring of development trends at customers, early identification of and influence on customer´s aims in engineering and purchasing
-
Establish and maintain reliable customer relationships in the region
-
Major contact to the customer concerning commercial and - if necessary – technical issues; understand and present technical concepts, internally and externally
-
Examination of contracts and documents (purchase, warranty conditions, purchase orders, etc.)

Elaboration of quotations and negotiations of them with the customers in accordance with the Head – Customer Accounts
-
Ensure delivery of product and services to achieve Customer delight
-
Timely collection of all outstanding payments
-
Lead business growth in West & South India
