Criteria:BSC/BE Engr + Pursuing or completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management.
Job Description:
As a Management Trainee in SCM Operations, you will be involved in the core aspects of Supply Chain Management, gaining hands-on experience and practical insights into the field. This internship will help you develop essential skills and understand the end-to-end supply chain process.
Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.

Logistics Coordination: Support the logistics team in coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely receipt of goods.

Data Analysis: Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Vendor Management: Assist in maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Process Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline SCM processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Requirements:

Educational Background: Pursuing or completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience: Prior internship experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations is preferred but not mandatory.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess and improve supply chain processes.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools; familiarity with SCM software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
