Job Title: Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Location: Belapur

Criteria: Any graduate with 6 months in front office operations (Fresher are also welcome)

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage appointments and meeting schedules.
  • Handle queries and address complaints of Employees
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.

Coordination and Communication:

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth front office operations.
  • Communicate any important messages or appointments to the relevant staff members promptly.

Office Management:

  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
  • Support in basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
