Job Title: Receptionist / Front Office Executive
Location: Belapur
Criteria: Any graduate with 6 months in front office operations (Fresher are also welcome)
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Administrative Support:
- Manage appointments and meeting schedules.
- Handle queries and address complaints of Employees
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth front office operations.
- Communicate any important messages or appointments to the relevant staff members promptly.
Office Management:
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Support in basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
