Job Position: Sr. Executive – Commercial
Location : Taloja
Reporting to :- Unit Head Commercial
Criteria : B.Com with 4-5 years of Experience. ICWA will give preference.
It is imperative to have a person with costing background with soft skill knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power point along with basic ERP.
Job Description:
- Stock take and reporting on stock variance
- Ageing of stock (system based) and reason analysis
- Material Balancing with ERP system support
- Unit Cost – Preparation ( through ERP )with analysis , plant wise, channel wise, & product wise
- Co-ordination for Productivity projects
- Conceptualization
- ROI estimates
- Capex approvals
- Execution
- Monitoring and Tracking of savings, qualitative and Quantitative
- Reporting with analysis to the management
- Analysis of Fixed Costs with Budgets (through ERP)
- Tracking and approval of Indents
- Part of negotiation team with procurement
- Verifying expense / purchase bills with P.O. ( SYSTEM BASED) and approval
- Coordination with various manufacturing dept. for achieving above objectives
- Co-ordination wit GST/ Taxation & Corporate F& A for monthly MIS
