Position: HR Executive cum Payroll
Location: Belapur
Criteria: B.com or diploma with 4-5 years of exp. in HR
Other Skills: well versed in excel and statutory, Male Candidate will be preferred.
Main Tasks:
- Payroll Processing end to end
- Statutory compliance
- Onboarding and exit complete
- File documentation
- MIS reports
- Mediclaim
- Employee Engagement
- Assisting in PMS and Recruitment
- Grievance redressal
