Lead Trade Activation

Location: Navi Mumbai

Criteria: MBA with 4+ years of experience in Trade Marketing/BTL Activation.

Job Purpose:
Need to develop and oversee marketing campaigns to promote products and services. The role comprises of creative, analytical, digital, commercial and administrative responsibilities. The candidate should be a beauty enthusiast, agile and should have a perspective of solving problems. Team player to demonstrate best synergies

Job Responsibilities:
Lead trade activation is responsible for executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities that target specific audiences through non-traditional advertising channels. 

? Campaign Planning: Collaborating with the marketing team to develop BTL marketing strategies and plans.

? Execution of Promotional Activities: Implementing various promotional activities, such as events, roadshows, product demonstrations, exhibitions, sales promotions, and direct marketing campaigns. This includes coordinating logistics, managing vendors, overseeing event setup and teardown, and ensuring smooth execution.

? Brand Activation: Creating and managing brand activation initiatives to increase brand visibility, engagement, and customer loyalty. This may involve organizing brand launches, experiential marketing campaigns, and guerrilla marketing activities.

? Budget Management: Monitoring and managing the budget allocated for BTL marketing activities. This includes cost estimation, budget planning, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost effective execution of campaigns.

? Reporting and Analysis: Collecting data and evaluating the effectiveness of BTL marketing campaigns. This involves analyzing campaign metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions for future campaigns.

? Team Coordination: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as creative agencies, event organizers, and sales teams, to ensure seamless execution of BTL activities. This includes providing clear instructions, managing timelines, and coordinating resources.

? Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies, while executing BTL campaigns. This involves maintaining accurate documentation, obtaining necessary permits or licenses, and following ethical marketing practices.

? Market Research: Conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
