About Client: MNC Speciality Chemicals Manufacturing

Position: HR Assistant

Location: Turbhe

Reporting To: HRBP(EC)

Criteria: Any Graduate with 2+ years of experience in HR.

Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint & HR MIS Systems.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training activities, track effectiveness, and gather feedback.

  • Manage HR metrics, analyze data, and support cost-related analytics.

  • Engage in employee initiatives across sites.

  • Support in Recruitment activities.

  • Assist in projects, documentation, and audit preparations.

  • Utilize Excel for data analysis and maintain HR MIS.
