Position: Store Officer
Location: Khopoli
Reporting to: Director
Criteria
Any graduate with 4+ years in factory operating in line with FDA rules & regulations and acquainted with various compliances of GMP in API/Bulk Drug/Pharma industry.
Should be conversant with operating ERP/SAP systems and other computer applications.
Job Responsibility
· Overall responsible and accountable for management of Stores/Warehouse related activities related to indenting, storage and issue of raw materials, packaging materials, laboratory chemicals, glass-wares and also mechanical, electrical spare parts, accessories, tools and tackles etc.
· Plan, indent and keep sufficient inventory of stores items in co-ordination and communication with User Departments and Purchase Dept.
· To co-ordinate with Quality Control Department for testing/analysis of various raw materials and packaging materials.
· Responsible for timely preparation of GRN’s
· To maintain all documentation as per Schedule ‘M’ of the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940.
· To follow and perform within the framework and guidelines for the Good Manufacturing Practices comprising of receipt, storage, issue and rejection of all materials
· Should possess knowledge of preparation of SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) and accordingly conduct refresher training to stores staff in consultation with Quallity Assurance Dept.
· Should be able to supervise stores staff, clerks/attendants.
· Such other duties concerning to Stores/Warehouse management.
