Position: Admin Executive

Location: Taloja, Navi Mumbai

Reporting To: Assistant Manager-Administration

Criteria: Any graduate with 1+ year of experience in Admin. 

Skills & Competencies:

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.)

  • Experience in manpower handling

  • Ability to manage transport, canteen, housekeeping, security, and office administration

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily administrative operations

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and facility management teams to ensure smooth office operations

  • Handle transportation arrangements for employees if required

  • Supervise canteen and pantry management for the office

  • Maintain administrative records and reports

  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures

  • Support HR and management in office-related tasks as needed.
