Position: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – HR and Administration
Location: Navi Mumbai
Department: Unit Head - HR/CHRO
Criteria: MBA / MPM / MLS / MSW with 8+ years of experience in HR from any manufacturing industry(Preferred Pharmaceutical).

Financial Dimension: Optimum utilization of resources i.e. Manpower.
Job Purpose: To assist to provide HR & Administrative support at Manufacturing Plant and effective implementation and documentation of various standards i.e ISO 9000,14001 & OHSAS etc.
Key Decisions:

Effective implementation of ISO 9000,14000 & OHSAS at plant level

Implement new ideas, suggestions/recommendations.

Any non-budgeted Expenses.
Major Challenges:

Effective implementation within available resources.

Achieve Employee satisfaction.

Employee Engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment through Portal & References.

Replacement within 40 days on board.

Adherence to calendar.

Measurable improvement in targeted skills.

Ensured timely updation and maintained the same by every February end.

Ensured no NC’s.

Ensure completion as per timeline.

Updating database, doing manpower budgeting and regularly updating of the database.

Improve the quality and variety of engagement activities.

Meetings to be conducted as per schedule.

Timely updating MIS.

Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Offer:

Resourcing of candidates, interview arrangements. Follow up with candidates and induction of new joins.

Coordinate with all Department heads to prepare Job Descriptions as per the organogram and update the same.

Documentation and records
ISO Documentation & Audits: Internal coordination within the department to close all NC’s and maintains & updates ISO Documentation as per norms.
PMS- Performance Management System:

Coordination with stakeholders for completion of timely assessment.

Prepare a data compilation and finalization of ratings with Plant Head and Unit HR Head.
HR MIS: Timely updating MIS in first week of every month for preceding month
Employee Engagement: Arranging various functions, competitions, women’s day celebration etc. Taking feedback form stakeholders for further improvement
