Position: Sales Executive/ Area Manager
Location: Kochi
Reporting to : Area Manager/Regional Manager
Criteria : Graduate/ Masters with 1+ years of experience in Sales
Key Responsibilities:
-
Plan and meet dentists as per the list set by the organization under the guidance of the regional manager.

Plan and prepare monthly field tour plans in advance and adhere to the same.
-
Report to the Regional manager on day-to-day activities at least once a week or as suggested by the regional manager.

Probe and promote Company brands to the dentists commensurate with their class of practice and requirements.

Build brands with scientific communication given by the organization.

Work with the team reporting to him and help them with value addition in their business and career development.

Ensure his team and the area assigned to him achieve quarterly and annual budget set by the organization, product wise and value wise

Conduct weekly meetings with the team to decide action plan as and when required to monitor the sales progress and decide course of action accordingly
-
Ensure implementation of the company’s marketing strategies and policies.

Ensure optimum inventory at Dealer level and timely retirement of outstanding.
