About Client: Manufacturing into Water Treatments

Position: Project Head

Location: Navi Mumbai 

Reporting to: CEO

Criteria: BTech/BE in (Mechanical, Chemical or Environmental) with 15+ Years of experience in Project, Water treatment Preferred.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the projects with focus on developing a project charter, preparing detailed project plan and schedule as per defined tenure.

  • Arranging client meetings along with concerned stakeholders to finalize scope of matrix of project for further execution.

  • Skilled at planning and execution of projects, review of detail engineering, cost control and estimation keeping techno commercial aspects in mind.

  • Coordination with internal departments such as proposal, design, sourcing, finance and sales team at relevant intervals from handover stage to closing of project.

  • Providing support to the design and sourcing team by giving the resolution to technical queries and supporting vendor finalization. Further managing client and consultant queries related to equipment delivery, execution trial run & commissioning at site.

  • Managing installation, erection and commissioning of equipment, managing vendor visits, monitoring O&M of all equipment and closure of all client’s punch points for handing over the projects.

  • Analyze and arrange vendor designs, Datasheets, Drawing as per QAP.

  • Arrange TPI, inspection reports and other engineering parameters with respect to tender requirements, making corrections for approval.

  • Manage and support the approved records such as datasheets and drawings of respective equipment’s related to the project.

  • Review of PFD, P&ID and commenting the same for completeness and submission to client.

  • Implementation and resolving client’s/vendor’s/site’s queries.

  • Interaction with inspection agencies, expeditors and other agencies for delivery of equipment/package.

  • Providing inputs and review for progress reporting.

  • Managing approvals from consultant/client and planning inspections with respective officials for dispatch of materials according to schedule.

  • Managing supply and arranging the RA bills of the E&M of equipment.
