About Client- Manufacturing and Distribution of Cleaning Tools

Position: Area Sales Officer CSD

Location: Mumbai

Reporting To: Sales Manager, CSD

Criteria: Any Graduate or MBA with 4+ years of experience in CSD Sales.

Other Skills:

  • Target oriented

  • Vendor Management

  • Customer Relationship Management

  • Coverage (Store)

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Advanced Excel

Interactions:

Internal:

  • Service Providers

  • CSD Depot Officials

  • URC Managers or other representatives

  • FMCG company representatives in CSD Sales.

External:

  • Sales Manager

  • Sales team colleagues

  • Sales Coordinator

  • Accounts, Finance and Logistics team

  • Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create an Action plan for achieving the Sales targets in their territory and execute the plan with the help of the Service Providers.

  • Will personally build relationship with the Top URCs (Unit-run Canteens) in its territory. This will be achieved by following a Permanent Journey Plan (PJP).

  • Ensure that the products are available on the shelves in the URCs.

  • Ensure that the merchandising of the products is done on the shelves in the URCs

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate for the timely delivery of the orders to the Depots.

  • Responsible for the timely recovery of the receivables and Recertifications.

  • Will share Market information with the Manager about New Product listings, promotions, etc.

  • Lead in the New Product Introduction and the Price Revision by coordinating the Market Survey.

  • Will report to the concerned Reporting manager timely.
