Position: Accounts- Executive/ Manager
Location: Mumbai
Reporting to: Director
Criteria: BCom with 3+ years of experience in Accounts.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the accounting department such as sales, purchase, payments, receipts and taxation.

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Lead the annual budgeting process. Monitor and report on budget variances.

Provide financial forecasts and analysis to support strategic planning.
-
Support executive management with financial insights and strategic recommendations.
-
Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
-
On time calculation, filing, payment and compliance of TDS and GST, and all other government compliances.

Oversee internal and external audits. Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, banks, and other financial institutions.

Implement and maintain effective internal controls to mitigate financial risks.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
-
Communicate financial performance and strategy to senior management and stakeholders.

Ensure transparent and effective communication within the team and across departments.
