Position: Assistant Manager-Finance

Location: Pune
Reporting to: Head-Finance & Accounts

Criteria: CA with 5+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting Auditing, Controlling & Compliance.

Key Skills:

  • Computing, classifying, and recording numerical data to keep financial records complete.

  • Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures.

  • Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards is must

  • Finding discrepancies in figures and numbers.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily requirements.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; proficient in Excel.

  • Ability to deal with auditors and complete audits on time 

  • Excellent analytical, reconciliation and overall troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent knowledge of taxation and auditing.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Accounting

  • Income tax reconciliation and compliance ( TDS , Advance tax , Income tax , TCS, Assessments and etc )

  • Preparation and finalization of Statutory, Internal Audit & Tax Audit and Timely complete  the audit process

  • Preparation and finalization of Transfer Pricing  Audit and Timely complete the audit process.

  • Indirect cost analysis.

  • Internal Financial Controls/Internal Control Systems  as per Indian regulations & Group requirement.

  • Reconciliation, capitalisation & Compliance of  Fixed Assets Accounting in IGAAP & IFRS

  • Strong Internal Financial control system / IKARUS

  • Tracking Actual cost Vs. Plan/Budget

  • Support to the intra / inter department, 4 eye principle & system implementation.

  • Other statutory compliance if any.

Appropriates:

  • Responsible for ensure accounting as per IGAAP / AS

  • Directly responsible for analysis of general ledger

  • Ensure IKARUS audit of process related to accounting & Internal Financial Reporting

  • Direct responsible for Direct Tax compliance and reconciliation

  • Direct responsible for Internal Audit, ensuring all the audit observations are closed as per timeline with the help of respective department

  • Direct responsible for Statutory Audit / Tax Audit / Transfer Pricing Audit ( Preparation , Finalisation and timely Audit closure )

  • Directly responsible for TDS reconciliation and payment

  • Directly responsible for asset accounting (IGAAP & IFRS)

  • Directly responsible for Income tax assessments

  • Leader for all audits

  • Support MIS reporting

  • Responsible to maintain Investment tracking
