Position: Assistant Manager – HR
Location: Taloja-Navi Mumbai
Reporting to: HR Director – APAC
Criteria: Post-Graduate degree or MBA in Human Resource Management or related field,4+years of Generalist experience HR role within manufacturing company environment Recruitment, Learning, Employee Relations, Change management, Communication, Analytics, Compliance, Conceptual Thinking, Problem-solving, Adaptability, Teamwork.
Job Responsibilities:

Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition: Employer Branding, recruit & onboarding employees,

Performance Management: Implementing performance management processes, including conducting workshops in goal setting, performance evaluations & feedback mechanisms.

Employee Relations: Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. Addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.

Culture: Identifying opportunities to enhance employee engagement, performance and promoting a positive work culture.

Learning and Development: Assessing training needs, developing training programs, and delivering training sessions to enhance employee skills and competencies.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Conducting audits and assessments to mitigate risks related to HR practices.

HR Project Management: Leading and/or participating in HR projects and initiatives, such as HRIS implementations & policy revisions.
